I absolutely adored this story! I especially love this kind of characterization of Draco - secretly vulnerable and longing for Harry, fiercely proud, grown up and sexy and snarky as hell. And the whole business with Scorp and Al, which I must say that I suspected... And Neville figuring it all out! And the Headmistress catching Draco and Harry and thinking it was Al and Scorp had me howling with laughter. I could almost feel their humiliation... *lol* And Harry's realization about the reason behind the rumours of his homosexuality was both bittersweet and oddly amusing. Wonderful use of the prompt, also. And the sex was HAWT!!!

Thank you so much! I'm so glad you liked it. :D
awwww!!!! see, i was so happy to see a fic in which harry and draco both teach at hogwarts, and your story even exceeded my expectations! your take on "draco's been in love with harry for years" was so well done--i felt for draco all the way, esp. when to harry their fling is only a way to forget at first. the conversation in draco's office at the end brought a smile to my face, esp. the lines about "well, how many harry potters do you know?". hee!

also, i totally didn't expect the al/scorpius. in fact, i thought to myself, oh, someone's not taking the "al and scorpius as best friends" route, how interesting! so i was really surprised when harry and draco get caught and the headmistress thinks it's their sons. also, asp is perhaps the best nickname i have come across in a fic so far.

i also loved your neville. really, this story is most satisfying from beginning to end :D
*beams* I'm so glad you liked it! Of course, I had a suspicion you might, given other fics you've liked in the past. ;)

I realized going into the fest that I'd never written a serious professors!fic before, and even though it's kind of a cliche by now, I found myself really, really wanting to revisit the theme now that canon is closed. I admit, I'm very relieved that people on the whole responded positively to it, rather than pointing fingers and accusing, "Cliche! For shame!" :)
OMG, I loved this story. It's... Hogwarts Drarry all over again (times two, yay for the bits of Drarry jr!) I adored this fic.
Thank you!

I'm so glad it worked for you. I felt a little like I was revisiting my fandom roots with this fic. ;)
Beautiful. So beautifully, perfectly them. And, Albus and Scorpius ftw. This just made my day.
Thank you so much! I'm very glad that you liked it. :)
Loved it :D
It had a tiny bit of a clumsy start but by the time Draco walked into picture I was well and truly engrossed and soon enough at the edge of my seat and loving every second of this. You kept your cards expertly to yourself so each new twist struck me completely by surprise - AS/S existence, Diagon Alley sighting actually being AS/S (great plot device), Draco actually wanting Harry for years, this casual fling being a pretty certain way for Draco to get his heart broken but him still doing it because he just wanted a taste of it... my heart so went to Draco through all this - he did foolishly risk his heart, but never his pride. Apologies for the incoherence of this comment - I'm still under influence of this and will probably be for quite a while yet :)

Smex was the I-think-I'll-need-to-change-my-knickers kind (best kind there is). So guh worthy and yet very pivotal to the story. This shall be reread, oh yes. Thank you so much for writing this!

Well said, well said. I second this statement
I really liked Draco in this - and I could really feel how much it cost him to make that first move, how much he must have wanted it, how much he was willing to give for just a taste of it, his anger with himself at the end for having let Harry use him, or so he thought. I'm so glad that wasn't the case. Really enjoyed this! And I liked that Albus and Scorpius weren't best friends - it's a nice twist on the usual. Well done.
Thank you so much! I'm really glad you enjoyed it. :)
Great fic!
All the characters were true to canon, but with an added maturity that worked very well.
Thank you! I'm so glad you liked it! :)
Loved it :D Everyone felt so IC and I just couldn't stop reading!
Thank you! I'm so glad you enjoyed it. :)
Okay, I have a soft spot for fics with Harry and Draco as Hogwarts Professors, so was already in deep like, but then you threw in the idea of the honoring the dead with the stained glass windows and I was gone. I loved the characterizations in this as well. Wonderful job!
Thank you so much for your comment!

Oh, I'm so glad this worked for you! I was afraid it might be a little too much, but I could see it so clearly in my head, and I hoped it would seem fitting to readers. :)
This was excellent. I love how you kept everyone in character and yet developed a believable way to get Harry and Draco together.

Well done, Team Epilogue!
Thank you so much for your comment! I'm really glad you enjoyed the fic. :)
Amazing! Very, very well done! Thanks
Thank you! I'm so glad you enjoyed it. :)
I loved this story ^^. It was great and I could see it happening that way, although it will be interesting with parents and sons dating each other but other than that it was great.
Thank you for your comment! I'm so glad you liked the fic. :)
god this was wonderful! from start to finish, you had me captured. great plot, great characterization (especially draco...WOW!), great sex...everything was perfect. way to go team epilogue!
Thank you so much! I'm so pleased that you liked it. :) And thank you particularly for your comment about Draco--I always find him such a challenge (if a delightful one) to write, so I'm always relieved to know when my characterization of him works for readers. :)
Oh, this was awesome! Brilliant! I loved it so much! ♥ ♥ ♥

I feel I ought to leave a really long comment, because this story deserves one, but I'm afraid I can't manage it tonight. There were lines I wanted to quote. Parts that made me laugh, parts that made me think "OMG perfect!" Parts that were insanely hot. ;) This story was just so smart and fun and well-written, and made my chest clench up repeatedly, and btw I am in love with your Draco. Can I just say that this is one of my favorites of the fest, and I'll comment more next time I read it? I am really glad reveals are not far off, because I can't wait to find out who wrote this. :D

(Also, great job with the prompt! Go you!)
Thank you so much! I know I've already flailed at you a bit about World Cup in general, but I just have to say again how much I appreciated this comment. ♥
Loved it all! I have a soft spot in my heart for fics like this...Draco longing for Harry, Harry slow on the uptake, strong deep real development of feelings. Oh, and the sex! Let's not forget the sex. *sighs* That was delightful.

And a side of AS/S! More delights! Very well done. I thoroughly enjoyed it!
Thank you so much! I'm really pleased that you enjoyed it. :)
