I really, really, really loved Draco's voice here. And their "tradition": it's so wrong, their affair is so wrong, but they need that to live on.

Oh god am incoherent right now. And I'm so, so happy that their affair doesn't stop even after 10+ years. I have no problem with infidelity here.

That was very good! I really like the letter intermixed with Draco's story and the ending that gives hope to us all.
This was a very interesting approach. I really liked the progression of time through Draco's eyes, but interspersed with Harry's letter and that Draco had his own letter locked up too! Probably said pretty much the same thing too! I am glad they are still finding happiness together after 10 years. They deserve it!
I loved this story! It took me awhile at first to understand how it was going to fit the epilogue. But I got so caught up in the story and wanting to know what happened.

The structure worked wonderfully with the interweaving of Harry's and Draco's voices. The characters in so short a piece came alive.

And I *loved* the conclusion!
♥ it! Such a new take of how things might've happened. I liked that it was not centred around the kids, but showed the preceding events of the epilogue. Morally it is all wrong, but the letters make us understand. Oh, and I really enjoyed the last scene w/ Scorpius - the different POV of the Platform scene was refreshing.
I pretended to detect a whiff of tragedy in the opening paragraphs and thought to myself, "I'm really not in the mood for this". But then I read on and decided there's never a wrong time for fics like this. :) Thank You in the tongues of men and angels; I'm in that place where you go when something splendid whooshes through your mind.

I love most of all the dirty old school spark of Harry and Draco's love affair. It's clandestine! true! uncontrollable! and sweeter than any lawful thing; sweeter certainly than their marriages.

Also, language-wise, I found the symmetry in repeating certain patterns very effective. Particularly how the story revolved around Draco remembering (and for higlights, not remembering) events and feelings along the way, and the wedding night tradition. I wish they'd both got married more times just for that. The symbolism! They performed the ceremonies with other people, but consummated both unions with each other. That probably shouldn't be as beautiful as it is.

Much, much love for this. :)
Beautiful and deeply touching from start to finish, the structure, the tone, Harry's voice, Draco's voice, the weddings, the end, the beginning. Loved it.

This is the first time from the start of the Cup I'm positive I know who the author is. No one else can hurt me as profoundly as you can, and make me cherish the pain.
Nope, not positive anymore. Apparently another person has the same ability - can't wait to find out who you are so I can read more :)
This is my OTP!fic for the fest. You really explored the Harry/Draco relationship, something that wasn't quite the focus even in most of my favorite fics so far. And it didn't feel short in the least - the length felt right. Recced and reviewed it over here - thank you so much for the wonderful read!
Wow, this story is incredible, fantastic!! I loved the idea that Harry's generation started their own newspaper.
This story was all about the relationship between Harry and Draco. It shows us how it can still work after the epilogue. Oh, and I really like their "tradition" even when it is really bad if you think about it. I really liked the way you mentioned that they were still seeing each other 10 years later.

Great story! Thanks soo much!
guh. that was absolutely amazing. that constant need for each other was just so perfect. ♥
Great story. I love Draco in this story. I also love the idea of the paper. The whole concept of the letter worked well. I enjoyed this very much.
Ooooer, this one made me really sad for them both *sniffles* I love the structure, the letter and Draco's commentry on it, very unique. Great writing, great story.

Flic x
Incredible. I think it's awesome that you didn't shy away from the infidelity. Team Epilogue has only so many ways to keep them together and long-term infidelity seems to be the least chosen one. The whole distinction between need and want was perfect. I loved reading Harry's letter and then having Draco's viewpoint on the situation. excellent!
This was a very in depth exploration of the infidelity scenario, quite painful. I liked the alternating voice and letter set up and the creation fo the paper. Very haunting.
